Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.


Due to the intricate details of our products and customization, they are made to order. Please allow 16-20 business days for production/lead time and then your item will ship. If you order more than two items production time will increase up to an additional 20 business days or more. 16 days equals one business week for us considering that we are in production Tuesday- Friday. We desire for every item to be unique, personalized, and chic 💋


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges unless extreme circumstances are deemed permissible by customer care. In the event this occurs, the customer will receive a store credit will be in the form of a coupon. Once the returned item has been received, the customer will receive an email with coupon details. Pending returned items have been received in the same condition they were sent. The coupon will be activated immediately. 


Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 


Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes. 


At this time The God's Girl Brand ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.


Due to products being made to order, orders may take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 


Prices may vary upon weight and shipping distance.


MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ITEMS!!!


All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. 


Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 


During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping.  In addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.  


WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Please contact your local
post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages. 


DELIVERY ISSUES

All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.
